On Monday, 12th May 2025, at 8:00 am, the Oti TVET Regional Directorate paid an official courtesy visit to the Director General of the Ghana TVET Service, Engineer Dr. Eric Kofi Adzroe, in his office in Accra.
The high-level delegation was led by Engineer Robert K. Amontcho, Director of the Oti TVET Regional Directorate, and accompanied by Mr. Kofi Lucas, National President of NARNGO and Strategic Collaborator to the Directorate.
Recognizing that infrastructure and operational funding remain critical hurdles for the newly established Oti Region, the leadership is thinking outside the box to mobilize alternative financing, donor grants, and public-private partnership capital. Bringing on board seasoned funds mobilization strategists and tacticians like Mr. Kofi Lucas represents a proactive step to unlock multi-stakeholder support.
The team had a highly productive session with the Director General, presenting the Oti Region 2025 Action Plan, proposed agro-processing school factories, solar lighting initiatives, and modern administrative headquarters plans.
Engineer Dr. Eric Kofi Adzroe expressed high admiration and praise for the proactive leadership of the Oti Regional Directorate, applauding their innovative resource mobilization model and assuring them of national headquarters support in realizing their vision.
